The journey that you have travelled so far is exactly the way it's supposed to be. Everything has happened just the way it was meant to so you could be where you are right now. Each obstacle has been put in your way as an opportunity to grow and move towards awakening to your true self.
So there is no need to have regrets or dwell on what you could have done differently as it has been perfectly orchestrated by the Universe to manifest the way it did.
You have co-creator with the Divine Intelligence, every challenge, obstacle and celebration that has come your way. Every limiting belief about yourself you have created and the more you believe it the stronger it becomes till eventually it becomes a vibrational reality for you.
Accept that the divine order of life that unfolds for you is here to awaken you to your true potential and will allow you to tap into your creative energy and wisdom as you journey throughout this life.
Rather than focusing on the end goal of the journey, try to be present for the journey and be grateful for the experiences that you have encountered because they have shaped the way you perceive yourself and the world.
Remember your potential to soar is limitless and the only ceiling you create is what you believe in your head. So make a conscious effort to let go off limitations and raise the bar to infinity, as this vibration tells the Universe what you really want and this will then allow you to expand and grow so you can reach new heights of extraordinary greatness and liberation.
So next time you are feeling stuck or overwhelmed remember to just keep believing in your abilities, be clear with your intentions, never lose sight of what you wish to pursue in this lifetime and focus on creating solutions.
In Mindfulness the practice of non-attachment can help you to detach from strong feelings, thoughts around events and situations which normally trigger you emotionally.
When you notice the contrast of events make you feel one sided and overwhelmed with emotion, instead of reacting, take a moment to pause and breath, then label what is present for you by using the words ‘pleasant’ and ‘unpleasant’. These words have no emotional attachment in your brain so your brain starts to feel calmer.
When you label it you tame it!
This now leaves you in a place of non-attachment which means you don’t create a resistance or attachment to the situation and can move through the experience more quickly with ease and flow.
If you can accept that everything that happens in your life has a purpose and see each difficult situation/person with non-attachment then you will move through each difficulty more quickly. You will see the lesson you needed to learn with clarity and this will allow you to grow and move up in vibrational frequency.
The more we raise our frequency the closer we come to knowing our true self.
