Today's body task we are working on our fitness levels, during our mind task we continue to meditate on our money mindsets and for the business task we are sharing our video.

Body Task: Move It
Walk to the letter box and do 10 seconds of high knee running.
Continue to walk to the letterbox and if you are extending your practice then walk to the 26th letterbox in the street, otherwise continue with your commitment of walking to your letterbox.
Today's extra movement practice is to do 10 seconds of high knee running.
This exercise helps to build your fitness level as it is cardio-intensive. It improves your coordination, momentum and flexibility by engaging your core, increasing your heart rate and strengthening all the muscles in your legs.
Please watch the attached video which will show you how to complete the high knee running exercise safely.
As always listen to your body and if this exercise is too physically intense for you then take it slow and modify the run into a march by slowly lifting one knee to your chest and switching to the other knee.
Keep in mind that you are building cardiovascular fitness with this exercise so decrease or increase the level of intensity according to your fitness level.
Extended task: Walk for 8 mins instead of 4 mins. Complete 20 seconds of high knee running.

Mind Task: Mindset
Meditate on Wealth Mindset and Journal about your experience
Continue with your meditation practice by choosing what Money Mindset you'd like to work on, then at your set time and in your set meditation space complete the wealth mindset meditation.
Remember meditation is something that needs to be learned, just like learning a musical instrument.
You wouldn't expect yourself to play a classical piece of music as soon as you sat down at the piano so don't put this pressure on yourself about being "good" at meditation.
Meditation takes time to learn and the more you practice the better you become at it.
So take the time to practice.
If possible at the end of your meditation, journal about your experience as this will help cement any insights you may of had during your meditation.
Remember any time throughout your day this old pattern of thinking rears it's head, make sure to repeat your new money mindset program.

Share the video about your 5 Core Values onto your YouTube Channel.
