Step 33~ List 5-10 things you struggle with or don't like doing, who am I talk, and walk to the letter box
This month we explore personal branding and loving kindness.
Welcome to Step 33 of The Prosperity Project Journey of 1000 Steps.
Did anyone do the extended task for the marketing challenge? If so, would you like to share your answers or have further discussion?
Simply drop me a line in the forum and we can discuss them together or if you would prefer to chat in private, please feel free to reach out to me via email at nina @ metamorphosisdigital.com.au
Now enough of the past, let's get moving forward!
Today's tasks are listed below but please note this is only 1% of your day and if you have more time please extend each activity.
Remember you are aiming for consistency it's better to walk for 5 mins each day and build a daily habit than go walking for 10kms on a Sunday and do nothing on any other day.
We are still missing a body facilitator for this month's card, so if you know of someone who may be interested, please feel free to shoot me a line at nina @ metamorphosisdigital.com.au as we would love to showcase a local business owner's authority and expertise within our community.

Body Task: Keep Walking
Put your shoes on and walk to the letter box.
We currently do not have a facilitator for this month's body task, so please keep going with your walking and remember that it is all about building the habit one step at a time.
All that is required to complete today's body task is to get your trainers on and walk to the letterbox.
If you can go further than the letterbox this is awesome but not required to complete today's task.
Although this task seems simple it has been designed to encourage consistency and habit building.
Everybody can take 4 minutes out of their day to exercise.
Please remember this is all about forming habits.
Extended task: Walk for 8mins instead of 4mins.
If you want to track your steps, know how many km's you've done and play music then we recommend that you invest in a Garmin watch by clicking the button below which will take you to an affiliate link.
Mind Task: Understanding Self
Who Am I Talk
Today we are talking about who we are.
To do this we first need to acknowledge who it is that we really are so we can learn to accept and love our whole self, warts and all.
A good way to understand who we are, is to work out what our core values are and see if these line up with our inner essence.
To do this we can ask ourselves
“Am I showing the world a true reflection of myself?”
“Am I willing to be vulnerable and authentic in showing who I am?”
If the answer is no, then now is the perfect time to awaken to our fears and ask why we can’t be vulnerable and share our true self with the world and the people we care about.
We can ask ourselves:
“Are you living in fear that others won’t accept you for who it is you really are? “
“Have you been hiding in the shadows so long that the sunlight of truth is so blinding that you can’t see what lies ahead?”
Well now’s the time to set out into the sunlight, at first it will seem a bit bright and may even feel like its burning but if we can step into the alignment of accepting who we are and loving ourselves completely – including our imperfections, we then let go of having to be worthy of others approval.
Because we no longer need their approval and acceptance to feel whole, as we already feel whole due to accepting ourselves for all that we are.
When we gain this sense of wholeness it gives us the courage and confidence to be bold, brave and share our unique talents and qualities in an authentic way and be of service to those who need us.

Business Task: Personal Branding
List 5-10 things you struggle with or don't like doing.
Today's content marketing task is designed to look at our reflection once again in the mirror and ask ourselves what it is we truly see?
The things we are searching for in the looking glass today are the things we may normally struggle with.
Yesterday we looked at our strengths and the places where we excelled, and today is the opposite side of the coin, looking at what we struggle with, knowing there are always things we are better off outsourcing rather than banging our head against a wall trying to do everything ourselves.
If you need help with this task or want to keep track of all the tasks you are doing this month, you can find the 30-day challenge mini-marketing workbook by clicking on the image of the workbook below.
