Today in marketing we search for a common factor for clients we love to work with-- Amanda talks to us about loving kindness, and after walking into unchartered territory yesterday, today's body task discusses walking when you can and being perfectly ok even if it's not as much as you like.

Body Task: Keep Moving
Put your shoes on and walk to the letter box.
We currently do not have a facilitator for this month's body task, so please keep going with your walking and remember that it is all about building the habit one step at a time.
Yesterday we made a decision to explore unchartered territory with our walking, and today I want to talk to you about walking where you can and how you can.
We touched on this the other day when discussing treadmills and walking where you can (on the spot, or outside or the treadmill etc,) but something we haven't discussed for a while now is walking "when you can".
Although it seems like such a simple task to walk for 4- 8 minutes, as part of busy lives, even finding 4 minutes can be extremely tricky especially if you struggle with getting someone to look after the children, or maybe because your life is in disruption or upheaval and everything is out of routine.
Today, I want you to remind yourself, that it is the habit of walking every day we are aiming for at this part of our journey.
Today as I write this, my health is very much out of alignment and I am at the same weight as when I was first pregnant, so
it can be easy to think, what's the point in walking for four minutes? It's not going to help me lose weight or have good mental hygiene, but right now it is the small act of getting out there each day and making forward progress.
...it doesn't matter how many steps you take....it could be 1 or 100 or 1000 or 10,000.
This is the beginning of a life long journey, so any step forward is something to celebrate! xo
Mindset Task: Understanding Self
Loving Kindness Talk
Tomorrow we begin our meditation practice again and this card focuses on loving the self, so the meditation we will be completing is the “Loving Kindness Meditation”.
This meditation has three parts, the first part is sending loving-kindness to yourself, the second part is sending loving-kindness to someone you care about and the third part is sending loving kindness to all that surrounds us.
This practice is about learning to love and appreciate all that we are and have in our life.
When we connect to our heart space and send this love not only to our self but all that it is, we are sending out a positive vibration into the universe and this will help raise not only our energy vibration level but also the worlds.
So I encourage you to complete this short meditation practice every day and if you have time at the end of your practice journal about how you are feeling. There is no right or wrong way to feel, journaling is an awareness practice as it allows you to see what is affecting you and how it is affecting you.

Business Task: Personal Branding
What is the common thread between the people you love working for?
Today's task and for the next few days, we begin to unpack and explore the kinds of people you want to attract into your life and work for.
Although we have an entire card's resource allocated to this card a little later down the track, it's still worth talking about today as you begin getting comfortable with the idea that it's you who is the magnet in your life in attracting the people you want to work with and not the other way around.
By making sure your personal brand, vision and values are accurate, this allows other people to be drawn in to working with you, or to be repelled and pushed away.
Today, your task for the marketing module is to think about the people you are currently working with (or have previously worked with in the past) who you L O V E D working for.
I don't mean the types of people that you thought, "oh yes, that was ok..." instead I want you to think of the people where you went:
"Hey, I can do that job you need!! It costs this much money, takes this much time, and these are my terms and conditions.." and then you went ahead and worked with this person and loved every minute of it!
Who was this customer?
Write down a profile of each customer with the following specs:
- Approx Education level they reached
- Job/Position held
- Price of work they hired or paid you to do
- The job they hire you for or paid you to do.
- Whatever else you can think of to help
Do this for at least 3-5 different customers, and then your task is to look for a common thread between them.
