Hello and Welcome to Step 4 of The Prosperity Project Journey of 1000 Steps.

Each day we are going to build your body, mind and business by providing you with 3 new tasks.

BODY TASK

Body Task: Move It
Put your shoes on and walk to the letter box.
This week is all about creating a movement habit, so the plan is going to stay the same for 7 days.
Today is Day 4 of getting your shoes on and walking to the letterbox.
If you are ready to continue to extend your walking practice, then when you put your shoes on aim to walk three letterboxes down from your house.
Please note that each day we are extending the movement practice but if you aren't ready to extend than all we ask is that you put your shoes on and walk to your letterbox.
Remember this task is all about setting up a new routine that you are able to achieve.
Extended task: Walk for 8 mins instead of 4 mins.

MIND TASK

Mind Task: Mindset
Listen to setting up for meditation talk and write down when, where and how often you are going to meditate.
Mindfulness Meditation is one of the key tools that we will be using during the Journey of 1000 steps.
As meditation is a key ingredient to understanding and having power over the mind
Today's audio file guides you to think about when, where and how you are going to set up your meditation practice.
As to create a habit we must support ourselves by being organised, we can do this by setting up a plan.
Extended task: Journal about what mindsets you noticed. eg positive, negative, always right, the victim.

BUSINESS TASK

Business Task: Core Values
Write a paragraph for Core Value #2
Yesterday you had you wrote a paragraph on your first core value.
Today and for the next 3 days you are going to continue this task by each day writing a paragraph for each core value until all 5 core values have been completed.
