Step 40- How can you love yourself today? Keep walking and building habits, and choose who you feel best qualified in your business to serve!
This month we explore walking forward with confidence, learning the art of loving kindness, and how to get our Perosnal Brand in shape before tackling our business brand next month.
Welcome to Step 40 of The Prosperity Project Journey of 1000 Steps.
Today we keep on building the habit of getting out of the house and moving our body-- even if only for to walk to the letterbox and back, Amanda asks us the question of "how am I going to love myself today?" and in your marketing task I ask you to consider who you feel best qualified to serve with your key areas of expertise.
Have a great day today, and remember:
You have the power to create
You have the passion to succeed
You have the resources you need to find your solution!
YOU have the power to create
YOU have the passion to succeed
YOU have resources to find a solution
Put your shoes on and walk to the letter box.
We currently do not have a facilitator for this month's body task, so please keep going with your walking and remember that it is all about building the habit one step at a time.
All that is required to complete today's body task is to get your trainers on and walk to the letterbox.
If you can go further than the letterbox this is awesome but not required to complete today's task.
Although this task seems simple it has been designed to encourage consistency and habit building.
Everybody can take 4 minutes out of their day to exercise.
Please remember this is all about forming habits.
Extended task: Walk for 8mins instead of 4mins.
If you want to track your steps, know how many km's you've done and play music then we recommend that you invest in a Garmin watch by clicking the button below which will take you to an affiliate link.
Mindset Task: Loving Kindness
Loving Kindness Meditation
Continue to listen to the Loving Kindness Meditation at your set time and in your set location and at the end of your practice journal about your experience.
Today’s question: How am I going to love myself today?
Also please remember that anytime negative self talk rear’s it’s head, repeat yourself love affirmation to yourself 3 times.
If you want to extend your practice then there is a longer version of this meditation for sale in the shop.
Business Task: Personal Branding
Who do you feel best qualified to help with your key areas of expertise?
How did you go with yesterday's task of identifying 3 key areas of expertise that set you apart from your peers?
Was this an easy task for you, or did you have difficulty with it?
Regardless of whether or not the task was difficult if you completed yesterday's task it has now set you up to tackle step number 40 today as follows:
Which type of client is a perfect match for the products and services your personal brand offers for sale?
