Body Task: Keep Moving
Put your shoes on and walk to the letter box.
All that is required to complete today's body task is to get your trainers on and walk to the letterbox.
If you can go further than the letterbox this is awesome but not required to complete today's task.
Although this task seems simple it has been designed to encourage consistency and habit building.
Everybody can take 4 minutes out of their day to exercise.
Please remember this is all about forming habits.
Extended task: Walk for 8mins instead of 4mins.

Mind Task: Loving Kindness
Loving Kindness Meditation
You have listened to the Loving Kindness Meditation for a week now. Just take a moment to think about your week and how you are feeling.
Have you noticed in any changes to how you are treating yourself? Are you still using your love affirmation anytime you notice your negative self talk? Did you commit to meditating every day.
Today is a new day, so let go of what has happened and make a new commitment to yourself and your self love by continuing to listen to the Loving Kindness Meditation at your set time and in your set location and journaling about your experience.
Continue with breaking your patterns of negative self talk by repeating your self love affirmation.

Business Task: Personal Branding
Edit yesterday's rough draft of your brand story
Today is editing day as you tidy up the work you did on your brand story yesterday.,
Some of the things to consider when editing your rough draft are:
- Paragraph Length and
Although today marks the end of this second part of your writing session, please remember that if you need more time, please use as much as necessary.
Writing your brand story for your business is most likely going to take more than 8 minutes for a rough draft and 8 minutes for an edit-- so if you can devote more time, please go ahead and invest it confidently.
If however, you can't get more than 8 minutes, please don't let this stop you from making progress.
Do the best you can with the time you have and remember that this is a journey!! The work you are doing at this moment in time doesn't need to be perfect right now!
You can always refine and tweak later when you have more time/resources/money/professional help.
