Step 71, Lunchtime walks, draft brand story and keep meditating
This month we explore values & purpose, business branding and walking as a way to build healthy habits.
Hello Community and welcome to Step 71 of The Prosperity Project Journey of 1000 Steps.
Today we continue lunchtime walks, body scan meditations and start drafting our brand story.
Tasks are listed below but please remember this is only 1% of your day and if you have more time please extend each activity.
Remember you are aiming for consistency!!
It's better to walk for 5 mins each day and build a daily habit than go walking for 10kms on a Sunday and do nothing on any other day.

Body Task: Keep Moving
Put your shoes on and go for a walk during your lunch break
One of the key steps to having a healthy body is to move it whenever you can.
All that is required to complete today's body task is to get your trainers on at lunch time and go for a nice leisurely stroll around the block.
If you are totally quarantined in the house or at work, look for stairs or a place somewhere in the house or at work where you can walk on the spot if you have to!!
Just make sure wherever you are--that you are interrupting the habit of being stationary at lunch, and replacing the habit with getting up and moving about instead.
Although this task seems simple it has been designed to encourage consistency and habit building.
Every single person can take a minimum 4 minutes out of their day to exercise.
Please remember this is all about forming habits.
If you want to track your steps or know how many km's you've done we recommend that you invest in a Garmin watch but also looks great too, so you can go from walking and back to the office and still look the part 😉

Meditate: Body Scan Meditation
Continue to listen to the Body Scan Meditation at your set time and in your set location and at the end of your practice journal about your experience.
Today’s question: What sensations did I feel today?
Remember any time you are feeling heightened with emotion, take the time to check into the body and see what part of the body this emotion is affecting.

Business Task: Business Branding
Create a rough draft of your brand story, explaining the challenge you faced which made you want to start your journey.
For the last 11 steps, you have worked hard to identify the unique experience and talents you have which could be perfectly paired with a customer for a business brand alignment which is a match made in heaven.
Today and for the following 5 days, your task is to imagine you have been asked by a major sponsor or million-dollar client to explain your story to them of how you started, the turning point which occurred and where you are in your business today.
To do this, we are going to create a rough draft of your brand story, explaining the challenge you faced which made you want to start your journey.....the turning point which shaped who you are today..... and then the outcome which is the point where you are at today negotiating for your million dollar contract.
To do this task, break it down into 6 parts….3 parts to write each part of your brand story and then also a day to edit each one.
Today, the first draft you are asked to consider is as follows:
Create a rough draft of your brand story explaining the challenge you faced which made you want to start your journey.
