Step 89- Create a bio and take time for your mind and body
This month we explore values & purpose, business branding and walking as a way to build healthy habits.
Welcome to Step 89 of The Prosperity Project Journey of 1000 Steps.
For today's tasks you will be asked to create 1-3 paragraphs for your bio, and take time for your mind and body to meditate, journal, and move.
Have a great day today, and remember:
You have the power to create
You have the passion to succeed
You have the resources you need to find your solution
YOU have the power to create
YOU have the passion to succeed
YOU have resources to find a solution
Body Task: Keep Moving
Put your shoes on and go for a walk during your lunch break
One of the key steps to having a healthy body is to move it whenever you can.
All that is required to complete today's body task is to get your trainers on at lunch time and go for a nice leisurely stroll around the block.
If you are totally quarantined in the house or at work, look for stairs or a place somewhere in the house or at work where you can walk on the spot if you have to!!
Just make sure wherever you are--that you are interrupting the habit of being stationary at lunch, and replacing the habit with getting up and moving about instead.
Although this task seems simple it has been designed to encourage consistency and habit building.
Every single person can take a minimum 4 minutes out of their day to exercise.
Please remember this is all about forming habits.
If you want to track your steps or know how many km's you've done we recommend that you invest in a Garmin watch but also looks great too, so you can go from walking and back to the office and still look the part 😉

Mind Task: Values & Purpose
Meditate: Body Scan Meditation
Continue to listen to the Body Scan Meditation at your set time and in your set location and at the end of your practice journal about your experience.
Today’s task: If the sensation I felt in my body had a size and density what would it be?
Remember any time you are feeling heightened with emotion, take the time to check into the body and see what part of the body this emotion is affecting.
If you want to extend your practice then there is a longer version of this meditation for sale in the shop
Business Task: Business Branding
Create paragraphs for your business bio to share on your social media channels
Hello Community and welcome to Step 89!
This is the second last step in your business brand module at the journey of 1000 steps.
Today’s task is to simply create 1-3 paragraphs for your bio which you can use on your social media channels or author bio.
This can include anything at all which you would like to share, and if need be can be done by a copywriter of your choice if you find yourself struggling.
This may take a while, so today your task is to write the paragraphs and then tomorrow for your final task we will share them.
Have fun and of course if you get stuck, please yell out via the forum.
