Hello and Welcome to Step 90 of The Prosperity Project Journey of 1000 Steps.
Today is the last day we focus on the card The Guest. This months focus has been:
- Movement for Body,
- Values and Purpose for Mind and
- Business Branding for Business.
As our focus on these areas finishes today take the time to review your month of work to see if there is anything that you've missed that you'd like to complete.
Also do something special to congratulate yourself for completing the third card on The Journey of 1000 Steps.

Body Task: Keep Moving
Put your shoes on and go for a walk during your lunch break
One of the key steps to having a healthy body is to move it whenever you can.
All that is required to complete today's body task is to get your trainers on at lunch time and go for a nice leisurely stroll around the block.
If you are totally quarantined in the house or at work, look for stairs or a place somewhere in the house or at work where you can walk on the spot if you have to!!
Just make sure wherever you are--that you are interrupting the habit of being stationary at lunch, and replacing the habit with getting up and moving about instead.
Although this task seems simple it has been designed to encourage consistency and habit building.
Every single person can take a minimum 4 minutes out of their day to exercise.
Please remember this is all about forming habits.
If you want to track your steps or know how many km's you've done we recommend that you invest in a Garmin watch but also looks great too, so you can go from walking and back to the office and still look the part 😉

Mind Task: Values & Purpose
Meditate: Body Scan Meditation
You have listened to the Body Scan Meditation for 3 weeks now.
What have you noticed?
Are you feeling more connected to your body?
Are you noticing how your emotions are affecting your body?
Are you able to hear any messages from your body?
What have the sensations you’ve been feeling given you insight into?
Has this practice been easy or difficult?
What insight or awareness have you gained by doing this practice?
Today is the last guided day of listening and practicing connecting to the body using the Body Scan. Although our focus will be changing to something new for the next 30 steps I urge you to continue with your Body Scan practice to help you stay connected to the body
Once again continue to listen to the Body Scan Meditation at your set time and in your set location and at the end of your practice journal about your experience.
Today’s task: Draw an image of any of the sensations you felt in the body when meditating e.g. size, colour, texture, shape.

Business Task: Business Branding
Share yesterdays bio created for your social channels
Hello Community and welcome to Step 90 in your journey of 1000 steps.
We finish off the business branding module by sharing yesterday’s author bio on your social channels of choice which can include places like linkedin, Instagram and facebook etc.
I hope you enjoyed this months branding module, and I would love to hear if you found it any easier having already done it previously with your personal brand!
If you didn’t make it all the way through, no bother, use the images or each days step as an "anchor" to post on your social channels so you know where you are up to and then just jump back in and do a double session whenever you can.
Next month we tackle the card of truthfulness in the card of Fabler as we look at what it means to set long term and short term goals, and to be honest about what it is we truly want to achieve.
