The Body Scan Meditation has been designed to bring your awareness to the body. When doing this meditation we connect to the body, notice how it is feeling without judgement and just be present with the sensations we are feeling.
You can use this meditation to: help with falling asleep, investigate discomfort that is sitting in the body or bring you into the present moment.
The duration is 14 minutes.
