Hello Community, how are you all doing this evening?
Today has been difficult, and time consuming as I juggle home schooling, playing monopoly, exercise…all things which are good for me, yet take time to implement.
Aside from this, the Apprentice Journey is going well (we are at Step 21 today).
The new website for wearemorningtonpeninsula.com is coming along ok, though I realised I needed to change the “permalink” structure, so fixed that up and now it just needs some content.
Tomorrow I am back working on The Prosperity Project site, aiming to get the seo page for PMA with a rough draft complete, whilst Andrea is in charge of getting card 4 content uploaded. Once she is done, I will write the introductions and then we can get ready to move onto card 5 <finally!!> yay!!
I am pleased to report my step count is reaching over 10k each day (today’s was 10563) and in addition to Amanda’s meditations I am still doing my affirmations each morning to keep postitive amidst corona lockdown. I love having a positive mindset and daily exercise routine! Sometimes I think if I didn’t have feet/knee/back/childcare problems I would walk all day every day and just sit in awe of the beauty all around me.
There are really only two big things I am struggling with at the moment which are my immediate goals for the coming week.
- #1 ~ is that I need to start earning money asap especially so I can get help with my little Ally.
- #2 ~ I need to get my health back on track.
I’m enjoying getting out every day, but my food diary needs an overhaul and I’ve been wondering why I’m having so much trouble with what I eat…..unfortunately I’ve realised I have an emotional attachment to food somewhere (plus I’m over 40 which doesn’t help!!), so I will ask Amanda if she has something to tackle this, otherwise I will have to journal my way through and see what I can figure out.
Lastly, I know Andrea mentioned in her post tonight she is struggling with joint pain and I am too. The weather in Melbourne has turned bitterly cold these last few days and no amount of herbal tea seems to be helping!
Does anyone have any suggestions other than hot baths, tiger balm and deep sea fish oil?
