This week in The Master Journey I am taking the learnings from my food diary last week and making different choices whilst still fitting them in to the boundaries of everyday life.
The first step is acknowledging why I go wrong with food and for most it is time and knowledge.
I don’t know what to make or cook and even if I did know then the time I have to make it would be limited.
This week I’m choosing to focus on food that is quick and easy, yet healthy too.
